The house
Small, honest, and steps from the sea.
Room enough for a family or two couples, and it faces west, so every evening ends with the sun going down over the sea.

Homer's island, still unhurried.
In the green north of Ithaca, a short walk from Polis beach and the village of Stavros. The house looks out across the channel to Kefalonia and keeps the sunset to itself each evening.

Included
The water comes with equipment.
Being in the sea is the reason to come here, so what you need for it is already at the house. Nothing to hire in the village, nothing to carry down the hill.
A double kayak
Two seats, paddles and vests. The coves on either side of the house are close enough for a morning out and back.
A stand-up paddleboard
Best early, while the channel is still glass and before the afternoon breeze picks up.
Four sunbeds at the beach
Down at the water and yours for the whole stay — enough for everyone in the house, so no one has to get up early to claim a spot.
All of it is included in the rate. There is nothing extra to pay.
